The Tiny Turns Page Difference

Rigour without the rote: how you can make phonics fun and meaningful

At Tiny Turns Page, we believe parents make the best teachers. We’re here to give you the information to help you get there.

Research shows that a systematic approach to phonics:

  • Is effective for a broad range of students, including those at risk of reading disabilities,
  • Supports spelling and writing skills which will last through the schooling years, and
  • Builds reading motivation through ensuring early reading success.

Learn and Grow Together

Nothing beats the one-on-one guidance only you can provide. With scripts, printables and  “open-and-go” lesson materials, we make quality teaching at home easy.

Multisensory, Screen-Free Fun

Children learn best when they make use of all their senses. We use hands-on, brains-on games that are minimal prep and and maximum fun, so the learning sticks.

Routines That Ensure Progress

Games you find online might work for a quick activity, but that’s it. We use reading routines that adapt to the level your child is at, so your child can sharpen skills as he/she grows.

Quality Reading Materials

Early readers can sacrifice content for easy reading. We help you choose real books and/or use generative AI (read: ChatGPT) to custom-write stories that build skills and a love of reading.
